I run workshops and ‘Back to Basics’ tapestry weaving sessions here on the Cumbria / Yorkshire Dales border, both through Farfield Mill (https://www.farfieldmill.org) and privately. Sessions are suitable for beginners and those wishing to improve their skills. All equipment can be provided.
Through Nearly Wild Weaving, we also run online peer-to-peer Tapestry Together and Troubleshooting Tapestry sessions, looking at specific aspects of tapestry weaving, alongside Tapestry: In Conversation where we talk to fellow tapestry weavers. In our Nearly Wild Weaving Experiences, join us to weave outdoors (weather permitting!), being inspired by your surroundings. Collaborative projects are also welcomed.
