Diane Parsons

I have been doing tapestry for just over two years and am self-taught, I find it incredibly challenging and am thoroughly enjoying it.  I particularly enjoy creating portraits from photographs.  Each time I start a new project I try to concentrate on one particular aspect so that I improve step by step.  I would also like to eventually create a project whereby the back is almost identical to the front - it is a task, but one which I so enjoy trying to accomplish.  

I am a retired train driver, I also love sport (particularly athletics).  My husband and I moved from the UK to Gran Canaria nine years ago.
