Brought up in West and East Africa, my abiding memories are of wide open spaces, vibrant colours and strong design and those memories were the first influence on my work, finding myself inevitably drawn to certain colours and images.

Now living in Devon on the edge of Dartmoor, the soft contours and lush colours have moved me on towards a semi abstract approach, trying to weave what I feel and not necessarily what I see.
