My background in printed and stitched textiles usually comes through in my tapestries which embrace pattern. I also have a love of small ceramic objects which feature in my work. I paint a lot and find this is the best way to ‘design’ the next tapestry.

I continue to learn and explore potential of the picture plain and the importance of composition.
